Case Study: Washington Gas (WG)PRM collaborated with WG to design a new employee pay program after the company established a new organization configuration. During this assignment, we worked with a project team consisting of a cross section of line managers in order to identify job criteria/dimensions and to prepare generic position descriptions to utilize in employee selection since affected employees had to reapply for newly created positions. We also designed a new job grading approach and market priced covered positions to determine future pay opportunities for position incumbents.
